This template was originally made for osCommerce.  We took it and tweaked it to work with the CreLoaded Shopping Cart using the Orginal template theme.

Zip file includes template, images, and extra buttons that you can use if you like along with instructions on how to upload the template.

Installation can also be purchased if you would like us to install it.
