All websites in your account will be suspended on or after the third day after due date.

In order to restore that service you must pay the past due balance and/or the re-instatement fee before service will be restored.

That's not a problem. 

• Contact us to let us know you wish to cancel your account.
• If we have registered your domain you can transfer it to a new register.
• Make sure to have a full and complete back up of your site before you move.
• If your account is past due, the past due balance(s) must be paid in full before we will release any information, domains, and/or sites.
