In line with our continuous efforts to provide the best service possible, we will be performing a migration of the following server to a new server which features more powerful hardware. The migration for the server will be performed on the date listed below.
Mon 8/27 - useast3
Tue 8/28 - useast19
Thu 8/30 - useast10
The migration will involve the packaging of each account on the server, moving it to the new server, and restoring it in its exact same state as it was previously. All files, emails, databases, and settings will remain the same once the migration of the server is complete.
Once the migration of each account has been performed you may notice a page on your site that states "This account has been moved". This page is normal and typically disappears within a few hours once the DNS changes fully propagate. As long as your accounts are utilizing the IvyRose Creations DNS cluster, these DNS changes will take place automatically and no action will be needed on your end. If you are however utilizing a 3rd party DNS provider, you mayl need to update your domain's IP address once the migration is complete. If your account currently has a dedicated IP address, you will be assigned a new, dedicated IP address.
If you are unsure as to what server you are on please log into your cpanel and look on the left hand side. It will state what server you are currently on. If you are not on any of the servers listed above then this migration will not effect you.
